Responsible for the smooth operation of over 100 Outpatient Clinics in a busy healthcare environment.Supervised a large network of staff from multiple disciplines to ensure patients were seen by physicians in a timely manner. Interviewed and selected potential team members with the goal of achieving the best standard of care for both patients and their families.
