MCA lead representative for multi-agency civil contingency and emergency response for the Wales & NW England Areas. Attendance at strategic co-ordination group and other incident management groups. Participation within task groups to develop Agency joint emergency service interoperability principles and incorporation of multi agency major incident.

Uniform HM Coastguard maritime search and rescue, preparedness and pollution response services. Work within a wider multi agency civil contingencies tactical and strategic framework. Multi dimensional, dynamic and diverse maritime discipline operational and management role. Currently engaged in "Future Coastguard" change management project.

Pembrokeshire

Management of local municipal harbour & foreshore holdings, facilities and staff including beach & lifeguard services. Role included 9 months response work during the "Sea Empress" major maritime pollution incident. Role embedded within the Economic Development, Tourism & Property Services Directorates. Role included development of tourism event services.

Tenby

Port administration and management services, including estate development, procurement, financial planning and management. The role included the management of all municipal foreshore holdings and undertakings. - maritime pollution planning & response, water safety, legislation, beach warden & lifeguard services.

South Pembrokeshire

General patrol of foreshore areas & associated estate holdings, ensuring compliance of safety operating and emergency action plans, tenant leasehold conditions, local authority bye-laws & environmental legislation. General maritime and event/activity specific risk assessment and management.
