Annual project portfolio budget ranged from $10 to $40 million per year and included two dozen projects with an overall portfolio value of over $100 million. o Delivery Methodology - Developed the portfolio delivery and assurance process that was “fit for purpose” for GCRO based on PMI standards and utilizing the BP standard capital value process methodology as a baseline. The methodology utilized a governance process that required a monthly leadership review, SDLC gate reviews, standardized delivery process with common templates and a defined reporting platform. Created a common platform for change management, risk management and lessons learned. o Customer Engagement - Developed and delivered a customer demand model to capture business and legal requirements at an executive level including periodic review with the GCRO executive leadership team. o Resourcing – Overall delivery manager: Project teams utilized Agile delivery method due to the rapid delivery pace required by the business customers and outside entities. • Business Information Manager - Provided IT engagement to the Economic Claims VP and Medical Claims VP including representing GCRO IT at the Economic Claims meetings with the Court Supervised Settlement executive team in New Orleans.
