Global Data Management Platform • Design and Implementation of a cloud-based Hadoop environment for global Assets and Functions: Mining (Copper, Iron Ore and Potash), Petroleum, Maintenance Center of Excellence, Finance, Supply and Marketing. Created original big data environment utilizing AWS, , Informatica ETL/BDQ/MDM and IBM Analytics Suite. Designed and implemented technology and process to liberate corporate data then scaled to meet the global business demand for analytics, reporting/visualization and machine learning/AI. o Responsibilities: Program Manager for global mining and oil & gas customers - Design global data solution strategy and roadmap, procure software/license, build team, create and manage program budget, stakeholder management and implement platform and solutions. Started with a local (US/Petroleum) team and expanded team, processes, technology and budget into regional (North and South America) model.

Commodity Trading and Risk • ETRM Implementation – Trading system implementation for a natural gas liquefaction company. • System Design Review – Complete design review for a natural gas liquefaction operator. • Marketing Group Reorganization - Analysis and benchmarking to propose realignment of an Oil and Gas Exploration companies Marketing organization.

Senior Program/Portfolio Manager - Data Management • Program Management - Implemented a portfolio of applications and an infrastructure build-out in the BP data centers for data management of all areas of GCRO including environmental/HSE, financial and claims data. Multiple data warehouses and interfaces were implemented to ensure accurate and timely data was available during the recovery and response to the spill. Primary activities were to build a program delivery team, standardize the project delivery process and deliver a platform for applications and data. • Portfolio Management – Reporting to the CIO, established the project team from a starting point of a dozen resources to a peak of about 100. Annual project portfolio budget ranged from $10 to $40 million per year and included two dozen projects with an overall portfolio value of over $100 million. o Delivery Methodology - Developed the portfolio delivery and assurance process that was “fit for purpose” for GCRO based on PMI standards and utilizing the BP standard capital value process methodology as a baseline. The methodology utilized a governance process that required a monthly leadership review, SDLC gate reviews, standardized delivery process with common templates and a defined reporting platform. Created a common platform for change management, risk management and lessons learned. o Customer Engagement - Developed and delivered a customer demand model to capture business and legal requirements at an executive level including periodic review with the GCRO executive leadership team. o Resourcing – Overall delivery manager: Project teams utilized Agile delivery method due to the rapid delivery pace required by the business customers and outside entities. • Business Information Manager - Provided IT engagement to the Economic Claims VP and Medical Claims VP including representing GCRO IT at the Economic Claims meetings with the Court Supervised Settlement executive team in New Orleans.

Manager – Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) • Lead a project team through the full project life cycle to select and implement a front to back ETRM trading system (SolArc) for the NGL group within the North America trading group. o Responsibilities: Utilized the internal BP project delivery methodology to ensure global alignment and proper business value proposition. Key success factors included the recruitment of a skilled IT delivery team and soliciting extensive business support. Business Intelligence (BI) Program Manager • Program Manager of the BI team for the gas and power trading business. BI solutions provided for Pre-Trade Analytics, Trading, Finance, Mid Office (Trade Control), Compliance, Credit, Risk and Accounting groups. Solutions were delivered using a suite of BI tools including Oracle, Business Objects and PolyVista for Visualization. Team included +/- 30 resources for project development, system enhancement and support. o Responsibilities: Program management from alignment of BI strategy with the overall business strategy to resource and budget allocation and business leadership engagement.

Reliant Energy – Performed development and enhancement role for the Risk Management area of the gas and power energy trading system. • Developed and maintained the strategy system for multiple commodities. This was the first step to creating a reporting book structure and moving to market-based accounting. • Development of the customer rate and billing module of a retail power application.

Intrastate pipeline system Developer and Risk Management system Analyst. • Created an interface from the interstate pipeline nominations to the intrastate pipeline system.• Complete analysis of risk management packages and design effort to write a risk system in-house. This included package demos, analysis of system options for the users, addressing integration issues, and serving as technical expert to the primary business sponsor.
