Over 15 years experience in managing complex and technically demanding projects, especially within oil services and carbon capture. Had project roles in internationally leading companies, where I led interdisciplinary teams and handled projects from concept phase to operations. In addition I have led improvement projects targeting cost reductions and been involved with product development of carbon capture plants.Considered good at promoting collaborative project environments and including all team members.I am seen as adaptable, honest, organised and inclusive, with good communication and stakeholder management skills.
