I work in the Claims Authentication Team as part of the Eversheds Corporate claims team. I have over 18 year experience handling insurance claims having started my career with insurance companies before moving into litigation in 2007. Over the years I have dealt with claims from all areas of general insurance but now specialise in the area of fraud. I have investigated and defended fraudulent insurance claims on behalf of clients for a number of years and have successfully defended claims to trial following induced and staged road traffic collisions, LVI claims, phantom passengers as well as exaggerated claims.I have experience of non-fraud related litigation as well as having spent time seconded to assist with public inquiry work regarding child abuse.
