Working in partnership with employers to deliver their apprenticeship programmes across a broad range of disciplines and leading the management of apprenticeships, including Higher Level Apprenticeships (HLA) and Degree Apprenticeships (DA), ensuring that these programmes are of a consistently high quality with outstanding teaching , learning, assessment and employer support.

• Lead and develop curriculum area• Ensure outstanding teaching and learning and student success rates.• Ensure recruitment is consistent with the targets set out in the Strategic Plan. • To provide day to day management of human and physical resources within curriculum area.• To ensure that staff receives the support and direction they require to allow them to perform at the optimum level for the benefit of students. • Delivery of lessons and courses to Ofsted and North Lindsey College standards.• Ensure that the curriculum offered is high quality, coherent, relevant and offers suitable progression opportunities. • Actively work with curriculum staff to ensure progression of learner through the levels of curriculum.• Liaise with Marketing, Student Services, Directors and business planning.• Initial Assessment and Guidance• Enrolment.• Induction.• Tutorial Delivery and Progression.• To ensure the curriculum offer is developed in partnership with employers • Liaise with teaching staff, personal tutors, Student Services and Additional Learning Support to ensure learners receive the support they need in order to achieve.• Oversee the use of, and report on, target setting and Minimum Target Grades.• Ensure that delivery of full, part time and work place provision is flexible and responsive to meet identified need. • Work with Education Funding Agency (EFA), Skills Funding Agency(SFA), Local Authority Partner Organisations, Regional Universities and Colleges, Partner Schools, Private Training Organisations, Commerce and Industry, Awarding Bodies / External Verifiers.
