This is based on my experience in international programme development, account management and by extensively working with local and international partners and with communities. I am fascinated by the dynamics in transition and low/post conflict countries. Being analytical and persistent my specific value is in keeping the oversight in complex and dynamic situations with different stakeholders, initiating and managing a programme and knowing to come to concrete and feasible results.
