I joined Platts in September 2012 holding various positions since. I became a part of the Platts Application Services team during Q2 of 2014. Streamlined the change management process reducing emergency changes by 50%. Ensured there was collaboration between all of the companies involved in each change (which could be up to a maximum of seven).Service Delivery Manager - Responsible for managing the relationship with our infrastructure outsource partner. Working closely with the SDMs from the partner organisation handling all escalations through to resolution. Tracked and managed the escalation issue list. Implementing a Backup to Disk solution (Data Domain).

Network engineer. Project Management including moving the S&P Fund Services Data Centre infrastructure into Canary Wharf. Project budget was $1.65M with a resource requirement of 2000 man hours. The Funds Infrastructure was notoriously complicated and yet was moved into Canary Wharf over a single weekend with no major issues.
