Most recently have been employed in Law Enforcement for nine years. However, I have been self taught in many things including 3D printing, car mechanics, computer assembly, brewing, firearms, writing, and various other hobbies that have captured my attention.I have a fantastic memory for the things I love and would like to put my wealth of knowledge to more productive use in a profession that utilizes my skills to their fullest. In addition, I also enjoy explaining the ins and outs of my passions to people who may be interested in them. Above all, I am always willing and eager to learn new and interesting things that expand my knowledge. In 2022 I graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor's in Journalism.In 2020 I self-published a science fiction novel, "The Playground of Time."From 2014 - 2024 I've served as a Deputy Sheriff and have gained numerous skills but perhaps most importantly the ability to be patient, understanding, and responsive with others. I would assume my ability to read bodily and non-verbal interactions is elevated above a typical person. Prior to becoming a law enforcement officer, I worked in construction - specifically garage doors - where I served as a garage door installation technician. There I was able to gain problem solving skills, customer interaction and problem management, as well as schedule maintenance.Prior to that, I worked as a waiter and line cook in multiple restaurants where I was able to learn how to triage order importance, manage customer expectations, and time prioritization.
