Deliver and pickup orders for Lowe’s Home Improvement customers via daycab tractor with 40 foot trailer. Use of a Moffet forklift was required to unload orders upon arrival to customer address, prior to leaving store I was responsible for ensuring that the customer was receiving the proper material. Inspecting each bundle was required by item number and material name with delivery coordinator or manager. The use of straps to secure orders was also required before departing the store, customer needed to be contacted and made aware of ETA before delivery. Constant communication with dispatch was needed in case of changes to route, emergencies or issues with truck; daily pre/post trip inspections was performed to ensure correct functionality of the truck/trailer

Performed routine water main repair when needed maintenances water meters/service lines through the use of hand tools such as all purpose saw, axe, sledge hammer, pipe wrenches etc. Then I transferred into the restoration section where I specialized in concrete work mainly repairing residential cement fixtures damaged by broken water mains.
