Working as a delivery coordinator requires being thorough, detail-orientation, accurate and organized. I set up deliveries, dispatch, configure routes for our independently contracted haulers, configure scheduling logistics that work best for our haulers, handle guest service inquiries/matters, and work rigorously to ensure that delivery needs are met per guest specification. I cold-call guests, once their merchandise has arrived, to sell our delivery service, and provide our haulers with as much business as possible.

My goal was to provide members with the highest levels of professionalism and respect, examined members needs, provided solutions, made it easy for members to work with me, and strived to exceed their expectations every time. I assisted members with deposits, withdrawals, contributions, distributions and change orders. The job entailed continuous counting and balancing.

As a store manager, my responsibilities included overseeing operations, analyzed data, maintained payroll budget, hired and retained talent, taught staff retail math strategies to assure success, trained and developed staff, maintained stockroom optimizations, visually merchandised, set up floor plans for success, and helped customers earn Gymbucks and house-kept.

Working as a wedding consultant was one of my most challenging jobs. The day-to-day work culture was never the same. The challenge of working with bridal parties had developed me into a more rapid-paced and ultra-attentive consultant. I needed to be thorough and accurate, met timelines, set parties up for their alterations, and made phone calls to ensure that the brides are setting up their wedding planning for success, which is a stressful experience for any bride. I established very sound relationships, sold wedding gowns and dresses for their events, and made suggestions to help close the sale.
