Equipment are (but not limited to) centrifuges, homogenizers, Alfast standardizes, plate heat exchangers (PHE), tubular heat exchangers (THE), cheese equipment, pumps, valves, processing systems (BPUs) - TA Flex, TA Drink, ALCIP, TA VTIS, TA Visco, Tetra Alsafe etc. (5%)• Competence development, coaching & mentoring of the Components Supervisor, TSAs, USA Systems FSEs and Canadian FSTs (5%)• Assess and evaluate training needs for the the Components Supervisor, TSAs, USA Systems FSEs and Canadian FSTs (5%)• Develop and implement competence development program (5%) • Coordination and implementation of training (2.5%)• Development of standards and procedures to improve the operation of the team (5%)• Setting of I/O's for the the Components Supervisor, TSAs, USA Systems FSEs and Canadian FSTs (5%)
