Carl Lundstrom is the Director, Energy Services and Solutions at Dewberry, with over 40 years experience in the energy, sustainability, and building commissioning industry. In this capacity, he manages the development of design build projects for government and private sector customers related to energy and sustainability improvements such as energy audits and use assessment, energy modeling and daylighting analysis, energy measurement and verification, commissioning and retro-commissioning, renewable energy design, USGBC LEED MEP design, lifecycle cost analysis, EPA Energy Star Application, energy management dashboards, building automation systems, utility monitoring and control systems, and monitoring based commissioning. Carl is experienced with managing contract with the U.S. Army and GSA.Carl is heavily involved in the Building Commissioning Association. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 2002, and was the President of the association in 2007. Carl received the “Distinguished Service Award” from the Buildings Commissioning Association in 2008. In 2010 he received the Benner Award at the National Conference on Building Commissioning. This award recognizes an individual that has provided outstanding achievement in making commissioning “business as usual”. Carl Lundstrom is a Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP™), by the BCA.
