I have worked in the electric motor industry for over 30 years now. Started my career as a steam cleaner, then on to a winder/mechanic, and then field service. From there I went into purchasing, assistant manager, and now manager. I have been involved in repair of electric motors from 1/10 hp up to 55,000 hp. Specializing in alignments, predictive maintenance, and Babbitt bearing motors.Have worked strongly in quality improvements now for over 10 years.
