As a Circuit Provisioning Specialist (a member of the Data Network Provisioning Team) I was responsible for the provisioning of voice and data circuits for global Blackberry and Corporate Data Networks (Network). The main objective of the Data Network Provisioning Team is to manage and maintain the connectivity requirements for Blackberry’s highly available and resilient global network.

As a Customer Relationship Executive in the UK Sales team, I was responsible for many aspects of the quote to bill process for a number of our key client accounts. This included sourcing and quoting for a wide range of data networking and global access connectivity solutions. The role also required liaising with the account manager and technical teams to provide bespoke solutions. I provided essential reporting to account and sector managers, on baseline revenue and to customers on their network in a timely fashion to meet KPI’s. Regular service review meetings were held to maintain good relationships with the customer and extended teams. Time was dedicated to urgent and out of scope bids. I also played a key role in debt resolution.
