Retail Market Design Service (RMDS) is the “ring-fenced” function within ESB Networks responsible for all aspects of the retail electricity market design on behalf of the Commission for Energy Regulation.https://rmdservice.com/

· Responsible for delivery of the project within the agreed constraints of time, budget and scope· Own the PID which sets out the overall plans for delivery of the project· Determine the delivery approach, resource requirements, schedule and milestones· Responsible for creation and management of the project plan· Manage resource planning and staffing within the project· Manage project scope and change control and approve or obtain from the project board the necessary approval for any changes to scope or plans· Monitor and resolve project risks, issues and inter-dependencies· Liaise with and provide status reports to the project board· Responsible for managing the budget· Initiate corrective action if the project is not meeting expectations· Ensure project deliverables remain aligned with the objectives of the business case so that expected benefits can be realized
