This family of products launched internationally in 2012. Volume has grown very quickly and I have been working to increase capacity on existing equipment through rate, efficiency and manufacturing planning activities to support this exciting product launch. In 2014 I was the lead technical engineer responsible for developing the making and packaging process for a new to market medical device product for a major medical device provider. This project is just completing startup and the production of the first order for the customer.
