Correspond with project managers and general contractors to ensure a safe and quality build.

 Maintain and achieve sales quotas companywide
 Responsible for Inventory and organization of 10-15 offsite liquidation crews, and listing account management
 Source and purchase equipment from multiple vendors for both employers and customers and coordinate all logistics within the company for these larger sales and/or purchases within the company
 Responsible for $3.5M in total sales
 Estimate project cost, materials, labor, and create financial pro forma's to calculate out
profitability of sales, and/or projects price points
 Knowledge and experience with multiple equipment (i.e. Forklifts, Cranes, Pallet Jacks)
 Provided customers excellent customer service with both great verbal and written communication.
 Construct high end counters, custom crafted shelving units, complex refrigeration walk in cooler boxes, calculate load BTU's as needed.
 Design, Layout and construct diagrams and floor layouts.
 Develop detailed spreadsheets to identify trends and develop forecasts
 Provide logistics throughout the company; both Full truck load and LTL
