Started in sales but found the set out and estimation department were lacking resources so put my hand up to help in these areas as well. The company has a lot of potential but the direction is all over the place. Owners are Chinese investors and really ad no idea about the Australian market or what it would take to make the company successful. I tried to help like many before and probably many after.
