In the beginning of my tenure as a Operations Manager, my division had inconsistent profits and morale issues. As the team and I progressed we became highly motivated, innovative, safe and a profitable operation. I worked through the final transitions of a field operation that went from a non-union shop to a union shop. I restructured and joined the safety committee. Our office received numerous awards for limited and/or no days lost. I also trained, coached and mentored operation teams to exceed customer expectations as it related to interior and exterior scopes of work. This accomplishment occurred by innovation, the use of new products, testing new equipment, scheduling, human resources. modifying production and tracking manpower.During the bidding process I would apply production to labor and get input from all team members before the bid went out to general contractors and owners. I worked with owners, architects and general contractors before the presentation phase, bid package scopes and budgeted. I reviewed specifications, schedules, construct-ability, recommended cost savings and suggested changes to drawings before bid packages were sent to sub-contractors. In addition, I informed owners and architects of new products that they could incorporate into potential projects or into ones they were currently building, including mock-ups.As an Operations Manager, I oversaw Civic Tower (Portland, OR), Riverfront Condos (Corvallis,OR), Kroc Center (Salem,OR), Ladd Tower (Portland,OR), Reed College (Portland,OR). Phoenix Grand Hotel (Tualatin,OR), Live and Learn (Western OR), University of Oregon Arena (Eugene, OR) and various medical clinics throughout the great Portland, OR area.

As a Project Manager, I oversaw various jobs that included: Meriwether Condo's on South Waterfront (Portland, OR), Hilton Hotel and Conference Center (Vancouver, WA), Elizabeth Lofts (Portland, OR), 8th NW 8th (Portland, OR) and numerous retail and tenant jobs.

I oversaw work at Sea-Tac Airport Concessions, Expansions and updates of security within Sea-Tac due to 9/11 (Greater Seattle, WA area), Classroom Wings at Evergreen College (Olympia, WA), Miscellaneous retail and tenant improvement work.

As an Operations Manager I lead the team in project management and field operations. The company grew from $20 million annually to $70 million annually. I also estimated changes in scope while a Project Manager. I oversaw the Experience Music Project (Seattle, WA), Harborview Hospital Expansion (Seattle,WA), and various Boeing jobs.
