As a sales representative and project manager some of my responsibilities include:• Meeting customers and creating professional relationships• Listening to and understanding the specific advertising goals of customers• Figuring out physical solutions to customers' specific advertising needs • Applying for and acquiring sign permits from a variety of governmental offices • Estimating and quoting the prices for material, labor, fabrication and installation needed to finish a job• Following through with commitments of proposals by overseeing to a job well done• Maintaining professional relationship with clients through repeated service• Collecting payment for completed jobs

I have taught specialized English courses to professionals in: Marketing, Law, Business Communication, Accounting, and Presentations. Through my experience as an onsite English teacher I have had the opportunity to learn about many different industries, from wind energy to fleet management, and meet a number of interesting people along the way.

I was responsible for the pedagogical success of Berlitz in our Norderstedt location. This task included regularly checking the progress of classes, recruiting and interviewing new teachers, monitoring lessons, workshops, and maintaining a positive work environment. After hiring nine new teachers to our team I withdrew from the Supervisor position to focus on my master's thesis.
