• Negotiate with various suppliers to ensure that fees are agreed upon that consider our clients’ requirements, the impact on the clients’ finances and the impact on our business finances.• Ensuring that suppliers agree to maintain a level of quality with the sales including the number of sales and the retention rates.• Monitor sales and client income to assess the quality of the sales and highlight any issues that need to be resolved.• Work closely with the Account Manager to meet our clients’ needs and resolve any potential issues that may occur.• Internally audit every sales campaign to ensure that bills have been paid and that refunds for cancellations can be processed in a timely manner.• Develop bespoke spreadsheets to help make the processes more efficient and error check existing spreadsheets to ensure all the information is accurate.• Checking all sales files to ensure that the data is correctly formatted to allow it to be seamlessly uploaded into our clients’ lottery software.
