Liaising with the relevant department Senior Manager in order to agree outline and definition of the policy regarding information security. Regular review of policies in place, completing gap analysis and addressing issues as a result. This could also include an overall review in order to identify areas in which policies need to be created and managing the production and roll out.Business ContinuityDeveloping and administering Business Continuity Plans for all Totemic departments and forecasting the development plan considering legislation, regulatory and 3rd party requirements. Completing risk assessments for the department, business impact analysis, organising review periods and meetings, creating gap analysis in order to improve on existing plans and their procedures. Develop and maintain a testing programme for all plans within the group.Disaster RecoveryAs above but working with IT in order to document and administer relevant DR plans for the IT area of the organisation.Information SecurityAssist in developing the Information Security Management System (ISMS) on behalf of Totemic group, including policy and procedure aspects. Being an integral part of the ISC committee, highlighting IS incidents, risks and forming contingency plans. Due DiligenceCreation of External Supplier Audit process. Responding to questionnaires and information gathering following specific requests from 3rd parties or the relevant business areas of Totemic.
