Pension Projects Transition Analyst
CurrentI project manage a portfolio of pension schemes through the assessment process within the PPF legislative framework.The role requires close involvement and management of all stakeholders including trustees, actuaries, and scheme administrators to deliver projects in line with the agreed project plans and budgets. I interact with leading players in the industry and will work closely with relevant internal teams to resolve technical or legal issues to ensure a smooth progress either through transition of the schemes transferring into the PPF or, for overfunded cases, to a successful buyout. Strong relationship, project and budget management skills are essential to the success of the role.I have extensive experience of working within the pensions industry, particularly in new business, windups and buyouts, with proven project and budget management expertise, strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the competence to interpret complex technical issues and the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders.
