 Assumed full responsibility for managing all movement coordination, including, corresponding with the joint operation center in Iraq to confirm visa confirmation for customers/ (PAX) passengers heading into Iraq for all personnel, to include writing standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for OSC-I.  Oversaw the coordination of Logistical, Integration and Planning for OSC-I. Supervised and directed all employed disciplinary and training programs. Created daily Excel spreadsheets per flight and placed customers on our flight manifest; emailed flight manifest to other surrounding airports for passenger arrival information. Answered incoming and outgoing calls to and from customers to determine flight manifest confirmation. Issued and received equipment using DA. Form 3161and hand receipts using DA. Form 2062. Developed a very skilled working force and reduction of poor performing employees while trusted to handle unforeseen logistical needs. Receive and process air movement request/ ground movement requested air cargo movement request for passenger/customer in Kuwait and Iraq using Nipr (classified computer network) and Sipr (secret computer network). Liaise with site managers, and military trainers from several coalition countries to ensure statement of work requirements are met. Interface regularly with subcontractors, military, and DOD to express specific needs of passenger and cargo movements’ requirement.  Trusted to handle other unforeseen problems such as logistical needs, personnel and transportation.
