Develop and manage the HR procedures to improve services of the Office of Global Engagement. Lead the Office of Global Engagement’s HR Operations Team that consists of HR business partners within its nine constituent unit’s by establishing strong communications on HR operations, policies and procedures. Manage the employment cycle process of staff members within the Office of Global Engagement. Lead, train, and coach the HR business partners of the Office of Global Engagement. Develop initiatives and actions for diversity, equity and inclusion, and combating racism; cultivating work environments that encourage and strengthen fair and equitable treatment; providing training and workshops for diversity and multicultural related programming. Assess the global learning programs that the Office of Global Engagement offers, as well as measure their learning outcomes and impacts related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and combating racism.

The Office of Global Engagement is NC State’s gateway to the world, overseeing global research, education and partnership efforts that tackle the grand challenges of our interconnected society. As the umbrella organization for all of NC State’s internationalization efforts, the Office of Global Engagement strives to bring global perspectives and insights home to Raleigh — and to export NC State’s solution-driven research all over the planet. We provide NC State faculty, staff and students with the international knowledge, cultural understanding, skills and experience they need to succeed in the global economy. We serve as the university’s center for global engagement, supplying resources and expertise to all who need them. And we collaborate with other units on campus and our international partners to create research, scholarship and economic development that address the challenges facing our world. As the Business Operations Manager I work with and oversee the business efforts (Human Resources and Financials) between all of the units of the Office of Global Engagement, including NC State's European Center in Prague, Czech Republic.

Helps promote and facilitate the University’s global mission in education, research, and community engagement by providing effective educational programs, advising, immigration processing, research and employment support, cross-cultural experiences, and community extension activities in the Office of International Services. Provide front-line advising and referral source to culturally diverse student and scholar population. Coordinate the administrative management of the Office of International Services. The Office of International Services provides programs and services that enable the international student and scholar community, faculty and students, and the broader community around us to achieve inter-cultural success and excellence on and off campus.

Registering students into University courses, providing Official/Unofficial Transcripts, process Non-Degree Seeking Student's (Special/Visiting Student) applications and dual-enrollment applications for high school students. Process university forms as they relate to courses and scheduling.
