With over 18 years experience of working for one of the leading suppliers of adhesives and building materials suppliers, working to a strict procedure and adhering to the ISO 9001, 14001 and the ISO45001.In 2015 I moved into the training and assessing sector. This journey starting by delivering and assessing the Business Improvements Techniques training apprenticeship programme at Jaguar Land Rover. While carrying out this role I completed the level 3 qualification in Assessing vocational achievement. The opportunity arose for me to return to my previous employer where I continued to deliver the training needs of the business. I continued to develop my skill set by completing the level 3 qualification in Education and Training. I sourced various courses and qualifications as well as develop bespoke courses to be able to offer the company flexibility and cost reductions for the training needs of the business. It also helped to generated a good work life balance for the employee by minimising the disruption to them and their routine. With my knowledge and skill set, my role and responsibilities soon changed to include Health and Safety. This was further supported by completing the NEBOSH general certificate and becoming a member of IOSH. With a pandemic hitting the world. Health and Safety in the workplace presented a whole set of new challenges. While it has always been Health and Safety. The pandemic had now put the focus on the Health within the business and present us with a whole set of new challenges. Working throughout the pandemic, I ensured the company adhered to the government guidelines and the HSE requirements. my Journey now sees me working within the Quality side of the business, supporting the Quality Department to maintain IMS.I am punctual and efficient along with being highly motivated and driven with an eye for detail. I welcome challenges and feel I have the skill set to cope under pressure whilst completing my daily tasks. A real passion for working in the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality sector, along with Training and capability. Striving at all times to deliver performance, capability and health and safety in all areas of the business. I believe in the concept of delivering performance through people. I believe leadership is the key in the ability to role model appropriate and successful behaviours. I possess high personal and professional integrity and allow actions to speak for themselves within the work place.
