SNPC is a Berlin-based consulting firm specialized in corporate and political strategy development and lobbying. Mandates at SNPC included e.g. the pharmaceutical trade asociation vfa, Pfizer, Sanofi, Roche, the Charité and the Berlin-state government. I specialized in lobbying for healthcare and pharmaceutical companies and was the senior project manager responsible for high-level and longterm strategic public-affairs projects. Main objektive was e.g. to address government positions on cooperative data usage by multiple stakeholders in the healthcare sector and to establish cooperative dialogue structures with government representatives, data regulation authorities and corporate reps.

Vivantes is a public healthcare company owned by the state of Berlin operating eight hospitals and subsidiaries. Earnings have exceeded 900 mils. euro (2013). Responsibilities included company-wide budget and mid-range planning, reporting, risk management and business strategy. The department has three subdivisions with 20 employees. My main responsibility was to establish a new long-term business strategy and to manage complex expectations of external and internal stakeholders in a political advocacy role for the company.
