Spearhead daily progs / ops including the financial report generation & the development & implementation of org goals & objectives; confirm adherence with industry & govt laws / regulations. Assessed existing student progs & introduced new high impact practices aimed at improving the student cocurricular exp. Contributed expertise during general HR activities: student admissions process, recruitment / hiring, staffing & supply plan development, resource allocation, training facilitation, & oversight (performance reviews) of pre-college staff (19 permanent, 150 instructional, & 140+ undergrad / grad students). Administered the allocation of a pre-college budget ($5M+) & created / maintained a 3-year forecast of pre-college prog costs including expenditures & purchases. Collaborated with the Director aimed at promoting shared programming efforts with UW-Madison faculty & staff in schools, colleges, & admin units. Oversaw the gathering & evaluation of pre-college data; generated reports which confirmed the breadth, focus, & accuracy of demographic info, prog tasks, etc. aimed at supporting continual prog evaluation/assessment, budget development, expense tracking, & reporting. Directed the launch of the PEOPLE pre-college prog policy & ensured the policy was presented at orientation sessions. Coordinated & managed a high-performing team consisting of the Pre-College Program Manager, High- & Middle School Coordinators, & Student Services Specialists. Cultivated open lines of communication & connections with UW-Madison undergrads, graduate, and professional students, as well as faculty / staff.• Rewarded a Federal USDA grant ($390K over five years) as a result of the overhaul of existing student dining processes and launch of a yearly student nutrition awareness program.• Significantly lowered staffing turnover numbers through a new staff retention program.• Improved GPA's and ACT scores, as well as admissions and enrollment numbers by 20%+ of the graduating class through in-depth research and innovative educational trend analysis and identification and resolution of educational equity gaps.• Authored and awarded funding proposals for five new positions.

Introduced recommendations to improve underrepresented student experiences and success through collaboration with numerous departments including the office of Provost, Dean of Graduate school, Deans of Schools and Colleges, Office of Student Affairs, Human Resources, Ethnic Studies, Women's studies, Admissions and Enrollment, Services for Students with Disabilities, Women's Center, and the LGBT center. Designed, implemented, and delivered training focused on campus-wide comprehensive racism and schisms. Led diversity initiatives across campus as the Liaison to UW-System administration. Worked closely with the Admissions department to introduce recruitment / enrollment goals, plans, etc. for students of color. Contributed knowledge and expertise toward the creation and launch of the University Retention Taskforce, as well as the Community Outreach Program.• Built more diverse candidate pools / hires through the strategic redesign of the existing campus search, screening, and hiring process for the school through the introduction of a university-wide equity, diversity, and inclusion education sessions for faculty and staff.
