My role as a teacher and girls' basketball coach is underpinned by a Master's in Teaching and competencies in operations management, honed through both educational endeavors and hands-on experience in structured environments.The transition from a Captain in the U.S. Army to shaping young minds has leveraged my strategic planning skills and passion for team building. Our basketball team's success is a testament to applying these principles, fostering not only athletic excellence but also promoting inclusive and respectful interactions that extend beyond the court.
