Facilities Project Management:- As a member of Medtronic global facility department, working on facility project management mainly in Greater China region (sometimes in APAC region) ,reporting to global facility team leader.- Drive the facility project as the role of Facility Project Manager and work with global and local resources to deliver the projects.- The project type covers Offices, R&D, Training Center and Manufactory(CEA for medical device production), and also includes interior fit-out and greenfield projects.

Professional Environment Service- Responsible for facility project management including real estate, design and construction etc.- initiate the project and provide key information including budget, timeline etc for leaders’ consideration.- Monitor the facility project budget, progress, quality, safety etc. during the construction phase.

Main Responsibility: 1. Manage office / Retail store fit-out projects, including procurement/tendering, construction (authority submission management, quality, timeline, and cost control & management), handover phases and finally deliver the satisfatory projects to clients. Typical clients includes Medtronic, EMC, BBVA, Nike, inVentiv Health etc.2. Efficiently coordinate with all parties invloved in projects, including clients, landlord/ BMO, contractors, nominated vendors ect to ensure the project delivery smoothly.3. Technically analyze layout / design documents and provide recommendations.

Main Responsibility: 1. MEP design review and coordination with MEP consultants & contractors,2. Get involved in bidding of MEP vendors,3. Site management, including MEP quality, timeline control and manage variations.4. Address relevant authority issues.Key Projects:- Residential projects in Rainbow City in HongKou District;- Commercial project (including offices, hotel and retails) in Hongqiao, Changning District.
