Direct report to Iberic administration with financial management responsability.Main Responsabilities:- Budget, P&L control;- Monthly Close Activities (USGAAP; SNC);- Finance, accounting and tax compliance (monthly and year-end procedures).- Set of financial statements (Management & Statutory);- Direct support to HR department (Payroll/expenses review); - External & internal audits;

Coordinating the finance department and simultaneously manage corporate projects related to redesign of processes and systems architecture.Main responsabilities:- Monthly/Annual Reporting Packages;- Budget, P&L control;- Participate on EMEA monthly meetings supporting the country manager providing analysis and reports;- Migration support of new Oracle software, layout of legal documents validation;- Coordination, support and implementation of new procedures/reporting’s and internal controls;- Finance, accounting and tax compliance (monthly and year-end procedures).- Set of financial statements (Management & Statutory);- External & internal audits;

Implementation and coordenation of internal procedures in the operational / logistics department.Perform Internal audits.

Direct Report to Country Manager, responsable for coordenating the finance department.

Planning, Coordenation and follow up of several projects national/International, in accounting and tax compliance areas. Motivation of teams in order to accomplish project deadlines and quality of the work delivered.
