Recruited by Senior VP and Director of HR to leave my chemical engineering role and transition to Human Resources to recruit engineers (chemE, EE, mechE) due to my unique combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.• Tasked with creating an entirely new program focused on recruiting co-ops and interns and building a strong candidate pool of new graduates for fulltime hire. My centralized Co-op & Intern Program and University Recruiting Team justified an annual budget exceeding $1M and spanning 5 sites across the South East seaboard. Converted top 1/3 of co-ops and interns to full-timers with retention rates over 90%. • Recruited 9-14 recent grads annually with a target of 11, plus 3-7 experienced mid to senior level hires for specialty technical roles.• Filled 100% of entry level roles 4 of 5 years with co-op and intern conversion or direct university hires with 90% retention rate in 3 years.• Started program with 20 co-op and intern positions at 3 sites in the first year and grew my program to place 75 co-op and intern positions across all 5 sites by the fifth year with a 97% fill rate.• Recognized by University of Alabama and Auburn University as a premier co-op and new grad recruiter.

• Manufacturing Lead - VOC Offset Project ($1.2M) – Involves in depth analysis and knowledge of current process, aside from modeling, to determine best way for routing offgas to be scrubbed of cyclohexane for recycle. Also, working closely with environmental, design and electrical to implement the most cost effective and functional process to achieve environmental compliance and 27 tons per year of VOC reduction.• KATT Truck Loading Project Lead - Communicating closely with sales team to sell waste stream. Leading effort to collaborate safety, environmental, DOT, design, and process for sales to be able to attain new customer contract. • Contributing member on many plant wide teams to work towards achieving excellence, i.e. Energy Core Team, Pensacola Wellness Team, Hazard Recognition Team, On Boarding Team• Improved SIL-1 Interlock logic, that protects against a runaway reaction, to avoid daily spurious trips. • Work closely with operations to troubleshoot problems and address the root causes, such as seal loop additions, removed nuclear sources, reduced OBUD noise, resized overflow line to eliminate pluggage issues• Handle environmental reporting for our Organic Back Up Device to reduce offgas VOC and CO emission levels and improved operation of OBUD• Lead engineer for Ketone and Alcohol Refining PHA in a PSM area.

HyCO (Hydrogen Plants) - Process Safety Engineering• Determined safe distances for building siting to reduce fatality or accident rate• Calculated and tabulated safe thermal radiation distances from hydrogen, methane and other gas vents

• Qualified new tensiometer metrology for measuring surface tension, density, and filler settling.• Developed surface tension measurement methods for flux and silica filled epoxy underfill at both room and elevated temperatures• Supported surface tension measurements for USFF underfill and chip join fluxes for FCBGA 7 solder ball merge Task Force

• Developed and documented the procedure for capillary flow speed estimation. Modified and standardized the test method for the Advanced Materials Lab. Data collection completed on several underfills.• Investigated the impact of surface tension, viscosity and contact angle. Confirmed that high surface tension, low viscosity and low contact angle lead to fast flow and quantified flow parameters.• Completed several flux formulation evaluations and identified range of flux component ranges which could be used for package level testing.
