I have gained experience in various fields especially those dealing on a day-to-day basis with direct clientele and working in a team environment. I can easily take instructions and work in a team.I have gained experience in multiple roles in the Client Care Centre. I am always trying to find new things to learn and to expand my knowledge. I still enjoy applying my technical skills and assisting my colleagues and agents with my computer skills. I am currently in my third year studying B.Com Business Management with UNISA.
