- All round generalist experience in both temp and perm recruitment- Sourcing suitable candidates on Pnet, CareerJunction, Jobmail etc- Interviewing candidates with necessary experience according to jobspec- Conduct background checks on candidates including criminal, ITC, qualification etc checks using Lexis Nexis- Managing temp desk- Liaising with client on open positions- Send profiles of screened candidates to client- Arrange interviews with client and candidate- Negotiate salary- Collect temp timesheets on a weekly basis- Ensure timesheets are signed off by temp manager- Capture temp hours worked on Excel- Capture overtime on Excel- Ensure hours are submitted to payroll before pay date- Ensure overtime approval is received before paying overtime- Manage leave, loan, advance applications- Handling salary queries- Deliver payslip to each temp- Build a lasting relationship with clients- Managing database- Building database with potential candidates- Declining candidates- Sourcing new clients- Prepare contracts- Sign contracts with temps- Create temp files- Ensure all documentation are in files- Work with payroll to add new employees- Work with payroll to terminate employees- Liaise with client regarding perm conversions, contract expiry, bonus payment, incentives, raise etc
