Different positions over the years, teaching different age groups of children. I started with teaching a young age group, then moving up to teaching older children. With each age group I would teach everything from their alphabet and numbers, to bible verses, manners, and early socialization skills, as well as hands on lessons involving cooking, crafts, and projects. I also prepared a yearly lesson plan, and prepared projects that were age appropriate. My last two years was as aide for two 4 year old classes, each class having 18 students.

Insurance preauthorization, electronic billing, coordination of benefits, follow through and disputes, patient case presentation and options. Handled scheduling, check in, and communication with patients for 4 providers daily, as well as all other aspects of patient communication, patient record management, 3 phone lines, and occasional chair side assistance. Balanced daily, weekly and monthly totals, providing reports to Doctors.

Handled 4 patient phone lines, scheduled daily patient appointments, as well as surgeries, radiology, and hospital beds. Patient communication, including billing, lab results, and pre-op instruction. Handled all communication and billing with insurance companies, including electronic billing, disputing claim denials, and posting payments and write offs. Maintained patient accounts, patient records, and office inventory. Balanced daily/weekly/monthly totals, and handled deposits. Set practice up on initial computer system.
