I have been with Soliant for 19 years. After graduation, I was hired as an account executive. Over the course of my time here, I have been involved in every aspect of sales, recruiting, sourcing, hiring, training, motivating, managing, and am now the VP of Talent Acquisition for Soliant. It is my (along with my amazing team's) responsibility, to use my/our industry knowledge, sales/management experience, love for training and empowering, to select and train new employees for Soliant while grooming my team of TA professionals.
