As Vice President of Marketing, Carla advances Toro Development Company’s (“TDC”) community engagement and marketing efforts, leading project teams engaged in branding, digital marketing, social media and PR, events and activations. She oversees event ideation and execution as well as community building initiatives. Prior to joining TDC, she served as Director of Marketing for North American Properties where she managed the planning, development and implementation of award-winning integrated marketing strategies at Atlantic Station, Avalon, and Colony Square.
