Ensured all business requirements and strategies were documented. Ensured the decommissioning of applications and servers were executed without disruption of services for end-users. • Infrastructure Assessment Project: Planned assessment of multiple facilities for infrastructure upgrades. Assessment scope: SD-WAN included reviewing racks for routers and UPS equipment, determining internet speeds and costs. Additional considerations were working with vendors to ensure VLAN structure aligned with the global standard. Major tasks included determining what equipment needed replacement in addition to servers such as switches, access points (APS), UPS, etc... Coordinating with Cabling vendors to complete and categorize the quality of fiber optic cabling was an additional major task. Where cable was CAT5E or below gathered quotes from perspective vendors for replacement costs. • Post-Merger Integration Project: Documented post-merger integration project plans and schedule. Managed RAID logs Report on project acquisition integration status for the Procure to Pay including Accounts Payable work-stream. Reported status on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Facilitated lessons learned sessions and incorporated feedback into playbooks for future integrations.
