Led a team of project managers and IT analysts to standardized synchronous and asynchronous telemedicine processes and communication for 40 hospitals, 800 outpatient, home health, & long-term care facilities, leading to ~1 million telemedicine patient/provider interactions at the height of the pandemic. She continues to manage ongoing telemedicine operations for the system, including supporting a solution that enhances ED, stroke, and acute care provider-to-provider workflows to significantly decreases time to treat. In addition, she continuously evaluates vendors in the industry to ensure they meet organizational requirements while eliminating the need for technology duplication, where possible. Appointed to co-lead the comprehensive training of UPMC's EMR transition to Epic for over 95,000 users.

Led a team of senior managers to offer telemedicine benefits directly to 4 million members, eliminating unnecessary utilization of healthcare services, resulting in Health Plan cost savings. While there, she advocated for telemedicine reimbursement at CMS headquarters, effectively communicating the benefits telemedicine brought to the healthcare industry and debunking myths of duplicative care and increased costs associated with telemedicine.

Oversaw 8 specialty pediatric divisions consisting of 100+ providers and 130+ staff at a top 10 U.S. News & World Report ranked children's hospital. To support the divisions, she optimized patient access in high demand specialties by hiring essential support staff and standardizing physician and advanced practice provider scheduling templates. She also implemented a systematic rounding program where clinic leadership was exposed to hundreds of staff and providers in an afternoon to receive direct feedback on operational opportunities for improvement.She also worked alongside leadership of Physician Services to identify telemedicine expansion opportunities in a pre-pandemic climate that would allow access to UPMC's world-renowned physicians.

Led a team of 125+ imaging technologists and nurses within a Level I Trauma & Burn Center Hospital. In addition to forming collaborative relationships with top imaging referrers to improve on-time starts and throughput, she also played an integral role in forming a UPMC Imaging Service line across 30 hospitals. Some of the contributions include creating an imaging technologist career ladder, querying and prioritizing capital equipment, and standardizing neuro CT protocol.

Gained hands-on experience in healthcare management by supporting UPMC executives with key projects in inpatient/outpatient operations, finance, and strategic planning. She received her first exposure to management in this role by overseeing portions of the imaging and anesthesia department.
