Head Of Online Brand Development
CurrentAs the Nature's Dream business continues to evolve, against a backdrop of challenging market conditions, we have placed a greater emphasis on growing the proportion of our business that comes from online transactions. My role has evolved to head up this specific channel.We manage D2C websites for all our brands and are continually looking for ways to improve the customer journey on these sites. We also work in partnership with our bricks and mortar grocery/high street customers to help grow their online sales for our products. We also work with key online retailers operating specifically in our health, beauty and well-being channel and I am currently leading the development of these accounts.Amazon is a key strategic partnership for us, with whom we supply all our brands direct. I manage all aspects of this relationship including ASIN generation, content creation (A+/Stores) and a wide portfolio of marketing solutions. We support all our brands with targeted sponsored activity, participate in all Amazon sales events (Prime Day/Black Friday) and regularly make use of the plethora of other marketing tools available to us on this platform.It is a constant learning curve when working with Amazon marketing, lots of trial and error to see what works for our products and brands. I regularly attend their training sessions and absolutely love it when I crack another piece of the Amazon puzzle.I am also leading the development of a new B2B site for Nature's Dream, which will enable us to provide a better service to our independent retail channel.
