I have spent more than 30 years in healthcare, starting at the hospital bedside then extending to the home. My strength is in strategic planning, both developing the plan and executing on it. I have built sales forces from the bottom up, recruiting, training and coaching. I believe that sales is primarily a science with an understanding that keeping consistent with the formula of delivering the right message, to the right people at the right intervals will give you the right results. I have successfully used this approach in delivering sales results for companies in infusion pharmacy, durable medical equipment, medical supplies, and home health services.
