I was employed by the SHER institute of Reproduction Medicine form March 2004 until January 2018. The SHER institute was purchased recently by Integramed Fertility St Louis during the restructure, I was replaced by their own Clinic Manager. I was employed for nearly 14 years from March 2004 to January 2018. I Started as a Medical Secretary and was promoted to Office Manager May 2014 and promoted again in May 2016 to Financial Counselor. I have received good reviews throughout my years there and had participated in all marketing affairs including seminars, infertility awareness walks and enjoyed being a part of a team. I had the pleasure of working in a medical office with 3 Physicians which specialized in reproductive medicine. I had direct contact with patients to discuss financial options for infertility treatment, I collected outstanding balances and performed insurance verification's and authorizations. I also worked as an Office Manger for the front office staff and ensured the schedule ran smoothly for the physicians and clinical staff. In this roll I assisted with payroll, Scheduling staff, ensuring the patients experience was exceptional and addressing office issues as they came up. I scheduled office staff meetings and meetings with the physicians to coordinate any improvements and evaluate any issues.
