Responsible for ensuring that the daily report is completed according to company guidelines and to perform the responsibilities of a Guest Service Representative as needed. Report directly to the Accounting Mgr./Controller for all accounting functions and directly to the Guest Service Manager/Front Office Manager for all guest services functions. Perform all essential job functions of a Guest Service Representative as outlined in the GSR job description for this position.I report to the General Manager and I am the face of the new Hilton Garden Inn to guests throughout the third shift. The primary focus of the job is to provide outstanding guest service while performing end of day duties that include balancing the revenue and expense transactions that occurred during the day. This begins with check-in, continues through check-out and also includes supporting the overall operations of the hotel. Coordinates warehouse storage and distribution of Army cadet personnel with external agencies.Administers recruiter out-of-pocket expenses. Works in support of the Retention Program Officer.
