I directed the deployment of RMS, a campus housing information system, and supported Housing in planning and gap analysis while controlling PeopleSoft data loading for RMS. I have supervised all aspects of research, design, testing, and execution of data-driven web applications, both technical and non-technical aspects, providing compliance with current security standards. I managed a multi-year project and led the team to design, construct, and execute a feature rich portfolio of software known as the Housing Online Office, featuring room selection, roommate matching, and online contracting. Success: acted as Housing Online Office's subject matter expert, user support, and project manager for planning, annual updates, regular system maintenance, and a well-received conference presentation video delivery.
