I work with the our Outreach Division Director to set the organization’s strategic direction for engaging with formal education entities. I'm responsible for the growth and development of Ohio History Connection’s educational initiatives and products including Ohio as America, Ohio History Day, Museum in a Box, Virtual Learning Experiences, teacher newsletter and blog, and on-site experiences for teachers and students. My team works collaboratively and embodies the values of equity, inclusion, and access. We develop programs in partnership with statewide history and education organizations. I also serve as OHC's liaison to major educational organizations across the state, including the Ohio Council for Social Studies.

Ohio as America is the 4th grade Social Studies digital resource produced by the Ohio History Connection. I'm responsible for the strategic direction, development and implementation of this great educational resource. My role is to drive the product roadmap, implementation schedules and decisions, coordinating updates and rollouts (both technical and content). I manage the Ohio as America team, and together we build relationships with school districts decision makers and other potential partners to improve the curriculum, increase market awareness, and provide great customer service to curriculum administrators and teachers that subscribe to this resource.

* Create, plan and facilitate educational programming for teenagers, focusing on Career Awareness (particularly STEM and STEM related career), and Skills Exploration.* Lead COSI Academy and Franklin County STEM Academy.
