Due to my expertise acquired through my professional background and the expanding and continuous growth of business of Royal Holiday at South America, I joined the group in order to enrich the controls, processes and monitoring of those operations; being among my responsibilities:•Design and implement prototype of Royal Holiday product consumer agreements under the scope and needs of South America commercial and business peculiarities facilitating their understanding for its execution.• Implementation of an efficient internal governance structure targeted towards control and monitoring of operations, defining information, and authorizations needed avoiding bureaucratic processes.• Legal support to internal clients in all matters related to South America region; as well as supervising and monitoring the status of their operations.• Liaison with abroad external legal counsels in the coordination and supervision of all corporate affairs and judiciary litigations and administrative complaints.
