- Development process:Material and trim selection; Ensure cohesive style/ brand markers throughout the range; Overall wearablity, fit and construction; Support designers conceptual vision- Create and update technical files:Revise and edit designer’s technical files; Create garments and entire tech pack for specific clients; Analysis and input on all garments to ensure functionality; Develop tech pack specifications - BOM, instructions and descriptions, hangtags and labelling, as necessary; Develop base size measurements and grading, ensuring all updating and accuracy throughout the developement and production process; Maintain all records updated to ensure successful follow-up and team consultation- Analysis, approval and commentary throughout all development stages, within assigned timeframe:Labdip, swatch, print/transfer/embroidery and trims approval; Prototypes, SMS, PPS (size-set) and Golden samples; Manage garment fit process and instruct manufacturer accordingly- Trend & market research:Competitors brands, and other related or relevant brands; Analyze trends from reputed agencies, such as WGSN; Reseach new technologies- Manage collection and production calendar throughout all sampling stages
