As a EMEA Customer Marketing Manager, I am passionate about driving customer success through strategic marketing initiatives. My key responsibilities include:- Strategic Marketing Planning: I excel in identifying target markets, analyzing market trends, and leveraging customer insights to create comprehensive marketing strategies.- Product Launches: I have a proven track record in successfully managing and executing product launches. I coordinate with various teams to ensure a smooth launch process, from initial planning stages to the final rollout. I also develop and implement marketing strategies specifically tailored for each launch, ensuring maximum visibility and customer engagement. Post-launch, I analyze the effectiveness of our strategies and make necessary adjustments for future launches. This continuous learning and improvement process is key to our ongoing success.- Results-oriented professional: commercial focus supporting affiliates and also distributors, designing strategies to promote the portfolio and services effectively, creating awareness and shaping the brand image, driving sales, supporting tenders and contributing to the overall success of the business. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: I work closely with various teams, such as Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Engagement, Customer Experience and Training, R&D, Medical Affairs and Commercial Technical Service to reach alignments and achieve the Business Units goals. - KOL development: I identify, develop, and implement educational and scientific programs (Users groups, symposia, webinars, worksops) for health care professionals. I have the ability to build and maintain relationships, lead educational trainings, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, in coordination with Medical Affairs.- Execution of regional and local action plans through SMART goals, allocating resources and setting deadlines and milestones.- Brand Communication: I manage our brand’s communication, crafting compelling value based messages in collaterals and presentations, selecting the most effective channels to reach our target audience. This includes tradeshows, congresses and exhibitions).
