Preparation of various agreements (IT, loan, services, and non-disclosure) and memorandum of understanding. I manage and oversee claims as well as provide advice on Swiss Labour Law. I enjoy conducting research and undertaking analysis of legal issues and pride myself on reacting efficiently and politely to incoming requests.

Assisting the Governance and International Cooperation team with key activities around illicit trade, field missions, needs assessments, and their annual session. Highlights include:- Preparation of the Seventh session of the Conference of the Parties in India November 2016- Needs assessment analysis for national legislation and regulation- International cooperation projects South-South and Triangular Cooperation- Activities alongside Technical Officer related to the entry into force of the Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products, including assistance in preparing technical and legal documentation, reviewing studies

Providing support and advice in Health and Labor fields and secretariat assistance including preparation, organization and participating in meetings. Participation and reporting at the 69th World Health Assembly and the 105th International Labour Conference and question preparation. Drafting official documents and supporting development of technical procedures on outside activities.

Alongside the H.4 State Aid Enforcement and Monitoring team, I prepared Commission decisions to take Member States to Court for non-implementation under Article 108 and 260 TFEU. Providing support and advice on recovery related issues to case-handlers in others units including drafting and writing official translations for the French and Spanish Authorities. Contributing to the development of the Commission’s recovery policy and ongoing monitoring.

Supervising the implementation of legal agreements/contract, I assisted with procedural matters, (rules of procedure, credentials, formal communication with Parties) and provided legal advice on matters occurring from actual or expected court cases. In addition I drafted contracts between International Companies and prepared client reports. I was a key asset in communicating with clients and creating stronger relationships.
